YOU KNOW YOU SHOULD BE MORE VISIBLE ONLINE.

It’s been on your to-do list for two years.

It’s time to turn what you know into something people read, watch or listen to every week, and get known for what you’re great at.

TWO JOBS. ONE OF YOU.

You spent a dozen years or more getting really good at your work.

Now you’re supposed to be good at making content about it, too.

And your options for doing that kind of stink.

> You can do it yourself, but you haven't.

> You can let AI write it and sound like everybody else.

> Or you can pay someone to post for you who’s never going to understand your work the way you do.

What if it worked like this?

It's the right platform for you.

Maybe that's short videos. Maybe it's a podcast, a YouTube series or a newsletter. You'd be surprised how many people are making the wrong kind of show.

You always know what to talk about.

Your segments are planned for you, and each one fits a bigger plan for your “show,” with a story that builds over time.

You know it’s good before it goes up.

Someone who's spent years making things for audiences in the millions gives you notes on every episode.

You’re not doing it alone.

There’s someone in your corner, plus a few other people figuring it out right alongside you.

It keeps happening.

Something goes out every week, and “next week” finally comes off the to-do list.

INTRODUCING

The Control Room

A six-month program starting in January 2027.

Here's what you'll get.

+

A 1:1 kickoff interview.

I interview you the way I'd interview a guest on TV, and we figure out the thing you'll be known for online.

+

Your show, pitched to you.

I come back with your show the way I'd pitch one to a network: what it's about, the structure, and the segments that come back every week.

+

Your voice doc.

Built from the way you talk.

+

Ideas and outlines for every episode.

An outline written for you, based on the big picture.

+

My notes before anything goes up.

You send me the content before it posts, and I tell you what to fix.

+

A monthly group call.

One person takes the hot seat and we work on their stuff while everyone watches.

You do the talking.

I do the worrying about everything else.

AT THE END OF SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL HAVE...

A season of content with your name on it

A presence online that feels cohesive, like a show

A voice doc you can use to develop more content

A setup that's yours to keep and a team, if you want one

An eye for what works after watching a producer give notes on your material each week

WHO I AM

Hi! I'm Kim. I spent fifteen years in TV as an Executive Producer and showrunner, working with people including Stephen Colbert, Bill Simmons, Nikki Glaser and Chip and Joanna Gaines. I've also written for The New York Times, The New Yorker, Marie Claire and many other publications.

Most people I work with now want five better clients a year, or one good speaking slot, or a newsletter people forward. Developing that works the same way as it did with those bold names above. The newsletter, the talk, the book and the clients all come from one show. I help you find yours.

THE CONTROL ROOM

I read every application myself.

If it looks like a fit, I'll write back within two days to set up a call.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

You've spent years building a practice or a career, and the people who should know your name don't yet.

You want to be known for your work and would rather not become an influencer to get there.

You have opinions about your work, you can talk about it for 15 minutes, and you're open to ideas.

You have an idea for a show, even a vague one, and you want someone who knows what they're doing to tell you what it should be.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

You want someone to run your accounts without ever hearing from you.

You want a template you can copy and paste every week.

You're not trying to build a body of work, you just want more posts.

FAQ

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Your show might be a newsletter, a podcast or an off-camera video series. Figuring out which one is part of the job.

How much time will this take?

About an hour or two a week once your show is running. More if your show needs a shoot day. Plus the monthly call.

Is AI writing my posts?

No. I'm in the WGA and I write your outlines myself, the way I wrote for TV.

Which platforms?

Wherever your people already are. Picking the platform is part of finding your show.

What if I want to go big and I need a crew or an editor?

I’ve worked with crews and editors for fifteen years. Depending on your budget, I can bring in an editor, a camera operator or a whole crew. That’s priced separately, so you only pay for what your show needs.

I’ve never posted anything. Is that okay?

Yes. We’ll find your show and your voice before you post a single thing.

Is this a course?

No. This is a 1:1 coaching program, except I'm not a coach I'm a producer. I produce your show with you, and you pick up how it’s done by watching me do it every week.

So, about that to-do list.

You already know what you'd say. You say it to clients every week and you're good at it.

The part you keep putting off is turning that into something people read, watch or listen to, and then come back for.

That was my job for fifteen years.

I sat in studios with people who were brilliant at their work and nervous on camera, found their story, and wrote it so they could just be themselves.

Six months from now, you could have a whole season of your show out with your name on it, every episode sounding like the best version of you.

Or it could still be on the list.
